These terms dictate how you and The Promotion Strategist (we, us) will live together in harmony.
All payments are automatically billed each month by our payment services provider – Stripe. You are responsible for paying the fees to us on the regular cadence outlined where you purchased the subscription. If your card expires or is stolen, or for any reason changed, please be sure to update your card details on the Accounts page. Failure to do so will result in a canceled membership.
This service is offered as-is and we are liable for nothing. If you are unhappy with the service that we provide you may request a refund of your last 3 months fees. We will issue the refund for all fees that you have paid us over the previous 3 months within 30 days upon request.
Restrictions on use
This service is offered on a 1-1 basis. Under no circumstance should you share materials with 3rd parties on an ongoing basis. I appreciate you helping to get the word out, but memberships should not be shared.
Termination of subscription
If you are unhappy with the service or for any reason wish to cancel your membership you may do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by logging into your Account page at www.promotionstrategist.com/account. If you do the former your account may not be updated within 30 days. If you do the ladder your account will be updated immediately.
All of the information that you receive from the service or for free on the website must be considered at all times as advice. With all advice, you should apply your own thinking and seek professional second opinions. Under no circumstance will we be liable for any losses as a result of the information provided. This includes but is not limited to loss of wage, job, compensation, family, life, dignity, or any other damages that may result.
